Refund Policy

Mr. India Universe by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. India Universe is owned and organised by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., part of the Glamanand Group. All payments made by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with participation in Mr. India Universe, as well as expenses independently incurred by a candidate in relation to the competition, shall be governed by the following Refund & Non-Transferability Policy.

Non-Refundable Payments
All amounts paid by a candidate to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in connection with Mr. India Universe shall be strictly non-refundable, regardless of the nature, purpose or description of the payment, subject to applicable law.
Once a payment has been made, the candidate shall not be entitled to claim a refund for any reason, including withdrawal from the competition, a change in personal circumstances, inability to participate, non-attendance at scheduled activities, change of plans, or any other reason, subject to applicable law.

Candidate-Incurred Expenses to participate in the competition
Any expenditure incurred by a candidate independently in connection with Mr. India Universe shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for reimbursing such expenses, except where reimbursement is expressly agreed to in writing or required by applicable law.

No amount spent by a candidate independently shall be treated as a refundable payment to the organisation merely because the expenditure was incurred for participation in Mr. India Universe.

Rescheduling, Changes or Cancellation of Arrangements
If there are changes to the competition schedule, venue, programme structure, training sessions, event arrangements or other related activities, all payments already made shall remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable terms of participation.
Candidates are responsible for considering the possibility of changes when making personal travel, accommodation and other arrangements. The organisation shall not be responsible for cancellation charges, booking losses, fare differences or other expenses arising from changes to a candidate’s independent bookings, except where liability or reimbursement is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

Candidate Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By submitting an application, making any payment to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., or proceeding with participation in Mr. India Universe, the candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Non-Transferability Policy, subject to applicable law.
The candidate understands that payments made to the organisation are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that personal expenses incurred in connection with the competition are the candidate’s own responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing or required by law.
The candidate is responsible for reviewing this policy before making any payment or committing to any travel, accommodation or other expenditure.

Applicability
This policy applies to all payments made by or on behalf of a candidate to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in relation to Mr. India Universe, irrespective of the payment method, payment description or purpose for which the amount is collected.
It also clarifies the responsibility of candidates for expenses independently incurred in connection with the competition, including travel, accommodation, cancellations and other related costs.
Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this policy where required, subject to applicable law.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Notwithstanding anything stated in this policy, an exception may be made where Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has expressly confirmed in writing that a candidate is eligible for a refund, or where the candidate holds written confirmation issued by an authorised representative of the organisation explicitly establishing their eligibility for a refund.
In such cases, the candidate may claim a refund strictly in accordance with the terms, conditions and amount specified in the written confirmation provided by the organisation.

No verbal assurance, informal discussion, assumption, or communication that does not expressly confirm refund eligibility in writing shall be considered sufficient grounds for claiming a refund.

Except for such expressly authorised written exceptions and any rights available under applicable law, all other provisions of this Refund & Non-Transferability Policy shall remain in full force and effect.
