TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As the finalist / applicant of the Mr. India Universe championship, you are required to follow all the rules and regulations mentioned below, and must meet all the terms and conditions under all circumstances.  

• You cannot take part in any other competition (regional / national / international) as long as you are competing for the title of Mr. India Universe. 
• You are required to pay the complete fees within the period of time stated by the organization and any fee paid to the organization will not be refunded.
• If you end up winning the contest, you cannot take part in any other competition (that is not associated with Mr. India Universe organization) in future. The major reason behind this is, once you become a national level winner, you make progression from the category of a national finalist to the league of national winners. If you join any other competition, you take a regressive step from being a national level winner to again becoming a finalist. Thus, in order to avoid such regression in your path and to maintain your image as per pageantry standards such a clause has been added to the list. If you think you have issues with it, then it can be discussed with proper explanations and justifications. Your matter will surely be heard. 
• You cannot post any content on social media or any other digital platform that directly / indirectly promotes any drugs / any similar toxic substances. 
• You cannot discuss any political matters, religious matters or communal matters with your fellow contestants.
• You cannot get any part of your body pierced. (If you already have any of your body parts pierced before your participation in Mr. India Universe contest, that is fine however, you cannot get any new piercings) till the time you are associated with the Mr. India Universe organization. 
• You cannot make any videos / reels using any curse words / abusive slangs / inappropriate words / racially discriminating words / gender discriminating words. 
• You cannot use any curse words / abusive slangs / inappropriate words / racially discriminating words / gender discriminating words in form of text while making any comment or post on social media. 
• As a finalist, you will be required to work in a team with your fellow contestants. You would have to work with the team which is assigned to you. 
• You are required to be nice, supportive and helpful to all your fellow candidates even if you do not like them, or have any difference of opinions with them. 
• You cannot post anything on social media that is related to politics, religion, any particular cult, fan club, or any past / present / future controversial topics / sensitive issues. 
• You have to submit your pre-finale projects before the deadline.
• You cannot post anything related to your love life / sexual orientation / heartbreaks / sexual life on social media. 
• Your social media accounts / digital platforms will be monitored by Mr. India Universe organization. 
• Your social media accounts and online activities will be monitored by Mr. India Universe organization on regular basis. If it was found out that you have posted anything inappropriate, then you would be required to take down that post as soon as you get notified. Such an incident would also lead to deduction of some points from your overall score.
•  You cannot send / receive / exchange any nude pictures / semi-nude pictures / videos / snaps with anyone on any digital platforms. Not even with the person you are in relationship with / currently dating.  
• You cannot get your pictures clicked while drinking, smoking or doing any similar activities. 
• PDA is strictly prohibited under all circumstances, be it with a person of opposite gender or same gender. 
• You cannot discuss anything in regards to your love life / past affairs with any of your fellow contestants. 
• You cannot discuss anything in regards to your sexual preferences / orientation with any of your fellow contestants. 
• You cannot do any nude or partially nude photo shoot. 
• You cannot post any sexually explicit / sexually provocative content on social media / digital platforms. 
• You need to take our approval before doing any sort of collaborations with any brands as long as you are associated with Mr. India Universe organization. 
• You need to take our approval before promoting any person / brand on your social media account / digital platform. 
• You need to take our approval before making any public appearance as a national finalist / Mr. India Universe winner. 
• You are required to take part in all the activities associated with Mr. India Universe championship. 
• You cannot bully / manipulate any of your fellow candidates in regards to their participation in Mr. India Universe championship.
• If you end up winning the Mr. India Universe contest, you cannot bully / make other candidates feel inferior in any way, using your actions, words, online, offline or in any other way. 
• You are required to make reparations / offer compensation in case of any loss of / damage to property / asset because of your actions during any of your appearances as a Mr. India Universe finalist / winner. 
• You are required to make reparations / offer compensation in case the organization faces any losses due to your actions / presence / absence. 
• You would need to take organization’s approval to comment anything related to the use of mass grainers / protein powders / supplements / steroids. 
• You cannot appear in any softcore / main stream porn videos. 
• You cannot appear in any videos that directly / indirectly show any of the sexually explicit / provocative content. 
• You cannot create any profiles on any of the dating apps. If you already have one then it is required to be deactivated / removed with immediate effect. 
• You cannot use your social media accounts / digital platforms for hunting dates or sexual partners for NSA / flings as long as you are serving your tenure. 
• You cannot use your title to attract dates / or seek any partner for sexual or platonic relationship. 
• You cannot do any naked / partially naked video calls with anyone. Not even with your partner or the person you are dating.  
• You are required keep track of your fitness and body weight as long as you are associated with Mr. India Universe organization.
• You need to maintain proper health in order to compete at the national finals. 
• If you have any health issues, you are required to inform the organization immediately. Your words will be kept confidential. 
• You are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 
• You need to take care of your face at all times. That includes properly maintaining your beard (if you have one), facial fat, blemishes, ace, dullness, pores, blackheads, whiteheads, dark circles, swollen eyes, swollen face, bloating, wrinkles. 
• You need to take care of your hair at all times. That includes dryness, fizziness, split ends, dandruff, oiliness, roughness. 
• You need to maintain proper dental hygiene.  
• If you end up winning any awards / titles at national or international level under the Mr. India Universe organization, then you cannot compare those awards and titles (in regards to superiority / inferiority / significance / big / small / popularity) with your fellow winners / contestants. Such a clause is added to promote harmonious relationship amongst the candidates after the finals and to avoid the development of any sort of envy, hatred, superiority / inferiority complex amongst candidates.  
• While being present at the venue of the contest (from the day you would arrive to the day of departure from the venue), you cannot drink or smoke or consume any similar substances under any circumstances. 
• You are required to deliver complete justifications for your actions (either positive or negative) to the organization if the organization asks for it. 
• You cannot get involved in any sort of scandals or controversies be it legal or non-legal. 
• You cannot use any curse words / abusive words / derogatory words / discriminating words while speaking to your fellow contestants (not even for light hearted humor). Such a clause has been added to avoid any unwanted conflicts / rifts arising due to any trivial reasons amongst the candidates.    
• You will not indulge in any kind of argument (for any reason) with your fellow contestants. If you believe there is something that was not appropriate or you notice any activities that are hurtful toward you, then you would immediately inform the organization / team. 
• You cannot use any derogatory / disrespectful words while addressing any of your fellow contestants, the organization or the associates (be it online or offline). 
• You are required to take care of the sash and trophy (if you win any) and are required to make your public appearance with the sash at any specific event (if the situation demands the same).
• If there are any changes in any of your schedules for an event due to any reasons, then you will be informed prior to that and you are required to adjust with the same. If you were unable to adjust with the schedule of the said event due to any reason(s) then a replacement of yours will take your place at the said event / segment and you are required to be supportive of that person. You may be considered for any future events / segments however, there will not any swapping of schedules or event appearances amongst the winners / award winners / finalists. Such a clause has been added to promote harmonious and friendly relationship amongst the winners / candidates. 
• If any of your fellow contestants / winners takes your place for any specific event that you were supposed to attend however, you could not attend it due to any reason(s) then you are not allowed to have any discussion with your replacement in regards to his appointment for that event or anything related to that particular event. Such a clause has been added to maintain the confidentiality of the opportunities that you will be offered and also to promote a harmonious relationship amongst the candidates / winners.
• The Mr. India Universe organization holds the complete authority to implement any changes in the competition at any point of time. 
• All your queries / questions must directly come to the organization. The organization will be your only and chief point of contact in regards you any of your concerns / queries related to your participation and association with Mr. India Universe organization. You can discuss anything with the organization and all the discussions will be strictly kept confidential.     
• Mr. India Universe organization will not be responsible if the international competition that you were supposed to go to gets cancelled for any reasons. 
• If you win the title and you could not go to your respective international competition due to any reasons involving your travel or the rejection of your visa application, in that case the Mr. India Universe organization cannot be held liable for the same. 
• Mr. India Universe organization has the right to cancel or reschedule the national final event at any point of time. 
• Mr. India Universe organization will not be responsible if the sponsors or partners (national or international) did not live up to the commitments that they made. 
• As long as you are serving your tenure with Mr. India Universe organization, you are required to sign any agreement(s) that the organization may introduce in future. Such a step is taken to make sure that you do not fall into any kind of traps and end up doing something that could put you in trouble. The entire purpose of the agreement(s) is to safeguard you / protect you from any sort of dangers / mishaps that may happen in future. They are not to restrict you but to safeguard you. 
• You are required to discuss all your concerns in regards to your participation / association with Mr. India Universe championship with the organization. All your queries, concerns and words will be kept absolutely confidential. Such a clause has been added to encourage open and free discussion between the participant / winner and the organization. We do not want you to indulge in any sort of overthinking or presuming things and end up making self-created conclusions to any situation. 

In case of any confusion or misunderstanding, you are required to contact the organization and clear out things in order to avoid any elongation or stretching of any matters.
